“We recently stayed for 2 nights in April at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay feel truly special. The pool complex was a highlight of our visit—clean, well-designed, and perfect for both relaxation and family enjoyment. Everything was managed seamlessly, and the attention to detail throughout the resort really stood out. A special thank you to Chris, the Pool Complex Manager, for his professionalism and friendly approach. His efforts ensured the pool areas were always in great condition and welcoming for all guests. We would also like to sincerely thank Melika Borghei, the Duty Manager, for her exceptional service and assistance during our stay. “Stayed only for one night to celebrate my partner's birthday, but the JW Marriott did not disappoint! The lagoon was beautiful, and the room was perfect, with great ocean views, a luxurious bathroom, and comfy sheets. 24/7 room service was much appreciated, and the staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was very nice, and the restaurants on-site have some great food. Will be staying here whenever we head up to the Gold Coast next, and for more days for sure.”
